Lillian 4 Months Old

My precious little angel I cannot believe you are already 4 months old. When I think back 4 months it's hard to remember life without you . Yes being a mother to two kids is harder and yes I am so exhausted and yes I am never caught up on the house work but I could not be happier than I am right in this moment. Brad and I are so honored to be your parents. Your smile melts our hearts. 

4 New Things:

1. You crack up when Harper talks to you. I think this is my favorite thing you do. It makes me unbelievably happy to see you guys interact and love each other. I hope you always love your sister the way that you do right now. It is so adorable.

2. Rice Cereal. I was planning on not doing any food until after 6 months like I did with Harper but the pediatrician said it could help your reflux. We are hoping it helps to weigh the food in your tummy down and help you to be more comfortable. I tried the last 3 nights and you love it. Harper never loved this stuff and it is so fun to watch you enjoy it. Right now you suck on the spoon. Maybe you will love baby food. 

3. Rolling all over the place. Before you would roll over but now you are everywhere. I have to watch you . After your bath every night I look up and you are in a new place quickly. Slow down baby girl , mommy isn't ready for you to be a big girl.

4. Becoming more clingy. As you get older you have officially figured out that you love to be held. I guess it was about time anyways! Haha! Who could blame you. It is always better to be in mommies arms.

Lately sleeping is 3-4 hours at a time. Dr. B said he would like to see you go at least 5 at this point but with your reflux it doesn't surprise him you aren't quite there. Once we started giving you bottles we quickly realized you do not take much at one time. We call you the snacker and the cat napper. Your eyes are starting to look more green like your daddies and you are wearing 3 / 3-6 month clothes. You are still in size 1 diapers but starting to get little rolls on your legs so it won't be long. I love watching you play now. You love your play mat and you love to play with all the baby toys. You even started using the bouncer and even though your little legs do not touch the floor you play with all the toys on it.

You are so beautiful Lillian. My favorite time of the day is when you nap and I get to cuddle with you. I love to rock you in our chair and snuggle. You have such a sweet personality and I cannot wait to watch you grow. We love you angel and here are a few fun 4 month pictures.
