Sisters
The thought of having two girls just makes me smile daily. I have bought a few things to dress the girls matching. I wanted them to be dressed alike while we were at the hospital when Lillian is born. They turned out so adorable and I love them. I look forward to many more matching outfits. Hope you love them as much as I do, I cannot wait to see both my beautiful girls in these outfits.
Green Tomato
Today Brad and Harper were outside, and he took his eyes off her 5 minutes and when he looked up Harper had picked the biggest tomato we have right now. She was so proud how could anyone be mad!! So here is a picture of our first tomato of the year regardless that its green and not quite ready!!!
This is one proud gardener!!

Lillian 24 weeks
HR: 141
Weight:-5
Cravings: SUGAR and more SUGAR!! Isn't that what babies are made of!
I am so shocked that I am already 24 weeks pregnant. Huge milestone in the NICU world. Offically viable! Of coarse we want her to stay put for 16 more weeks but this is the point where mommy starts to see babies in the NICU the same size as Lillian. We are so fortunate that things are still going great. This pregnancy has been a little harder on my body but I am hanging in there. Maybe it's because I am older or maybe because Brad is traveling alot and I am a full time mommy who knows but I am exhausted most days. I am having a lot of Braxton hicks contractions which I didn't have many of with Harper and still having trouble with the sciatic nerve issue . Some days it is really bad and some days I do great. Other than that I feel great. I have been working in Lillian's room. This week I cleaned out the closet of Harper's old stuff and organized the new stuff. I went through all of Harper's clothes and organized it all by dates so it is easy to use for the new baby. Wow ,these girls are so spoiled. So now we set up the furniture and ordered the bedding. I still need to take down Harper's old decals and take down the shelving but we are making progress slowly. I had my glucose test last week and passed with flying colors. YEAH... This means I can continue my sugar fest!!! And we had our follow up low placenta sono and my placenta has moved up so it is no longer a potential problem. As usual Lillian was so precious on sono. She had her hands in her mouth most of the time and in one picture she was sucking on her fingers. And we took Harper to this appointment and every time she would be loud, Lillian would move. This was the first appointment Harper had been to and it was a bit challenging but she was able to meet Dr. N for the first time since she was a newborn. Also Lillian is measuring 26.5 weeks in length which made us giggle a little. Brad and I are so short it surprises me that she is measuring tall for her age. Maybe she will be tall like Mimi and uncle Mike. Here are a few picture of our sweet girl and a few of her room so far. 24 week belly shot! Harper's first appointment to see Lillian! Lillian's closet and new furniture! My sweet Lillian...

Harper Funny
Lately Harper is famous for saying " Harper Funny" or " Mommy Funny" or whomever is funny. She really understands when something is funny. This age has been so much fun. She really is a little comedian and doesnt even know she is. Brad and I are continually laughing at things she does or says. I was at work the other day and Brad sent me this picture. He was doing the dishes and found her like this. Honestly I don't even know what to say . How can it be comfortable to fall asleep over two pieces of furniture. HYSTERICAL...
Love this girl!!

Easter 2012
We had a special Easter this year. I was actually off Friday and Saturday. I still had to work Easter day but because Mike, KK, and MiMi were off Friday they all came to visit. We haven't had two days together to play in a long time since I have been working weekends. So everyone drove up on Thursday night and we spent some family time together. Harper was so happy the whole time. She loves her Uncle Mike and KK. On Friday I had my glucose test for Lillian so mom and I headed down to see Dr. N . As soon as I was done we all met up at North Park and did some shopping. Then we ate a nice lunch at PF Chang's. It was delicious, and we all ate way to much. Harper took a nap during lunch which was a huge perk. Then we head to uptown to ride the trolley .
We grabbed some Paciugo ice cream just before we headed out for our ride.
Then we headed home and KK, Mimi and Harper decorated some Easter decorations while Daddy and mike went to pick up Lillian's new furniture and I made dinner.
Then on Saturday we had a huge breakfast. The boys headed out to play some golf while us girls went to the Gentle Zoo to pet the animals.Right before we left Harper opened her Easter basket from Mommy and Daddy. She was so excited, and then off we went to see the animals. Harper had fun feeding all the animals and riding the train.
Then we headed home to decorate cookies and eggs.
Harper's eggs turned out so adorable. In a toddler messy kinda way!! So we had a mini egg hunt in the backyard to practice for the Easter hunt.
Later that night we ate dinner together and then rented We Bought A Zoo and watched it until bedtime. I was sad to go to work on Easter but spent the day with the little babies in the NICU . I ended up having a visit from my favorite two people which I was super happy about. Harper looked so precious in her Easter dress and was so shy visiting the unit. I was sad to see her go but Brad and Harper had lunch with the Warrens and then had a fun Easter egg hunt.
We had an amazing Easter this year and it's hard to believe Harper is getting so big. We are so grateful for what the Lord has blessed us with and I hope we spend many more Easter's as a family. Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter as well.
